Shipping policy

Sunglasses typically ship in 1-5 business days (Mon-Fri). All of our sunglasses are handmade from scratch, so it can sometimes be challenging to keep up with the high demand for our product. Please know that we are doing the best we can to get orders out promptly.

International orders may be subject to import duties and taxes on receipt of the package in the destination country. The customer is responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to the shipment. Unfortunately, TommyOwens has no control over these charges. Customs determines these charges and we have no way of knowing what these charges will be. TommyOwens is not responsible for any actions taken by customs or the chosen package delivery service.
