RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Tommy Owens Eyewear offers returns or exchanges on items purchased directly from our online store. To be eligible, you must have proof of purchase and the original packaging.

How to Initiate a Return or Exchange

  1. Contact Us or Initiate a Return Online: You can start the return process by contacting us at info@tommyowenseyewear.com or by initiating a return directly through your online account.
  2. Pack Your Item: Ensure the item is in brand new condition, unworn, with all tags and original packaging.
  3. Ship Your Return: We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on where to send your package. Please note that items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Policy

  • You have 30 days from the date of delivery to request a return.
  • Custom engraved eyewear cannot be returned.
  • For exchanges, the fastest way to get the item you want is to return the original item and place a new order. We'll process your refund for the returned item once it's received.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately at info@tommyowenseyewear.com so we can resolve the issue.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval status. If approved, a refund will be automatically issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.  

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period

If your merchandise is being shipped to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason. The item must be in the same condition as received, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.  

Shipping

We encourage you to use a traceable shipping method for returns as Tommy Owens is not responsible for lost or misdirected packages. Products will be returned via USPS Economy service.
